The Edge Restaurant And Bar Snowmass

We loved everything about The Edge. The food and the service were perfect. Ryan, our server was perfect. The pretzels with cheese were a lovely surprise appetizer! The portions of the delicious weiner schnitzel were really generous, and we wished we had had room for it all. We will definitely return the next time we come to Snowmass.

One of the best meals in Snowmass. Superb food, and staff and kitchen were great with my coeliac wife. We went twice!

We had a nice waiter who was pleasant and competent. Our meals were very good, and we will definitely go back to the restaurant. The prices were very fair,

Cold, uninteresting space. Food not good had to send back the Tournedos. Greasy looking goulash. Doughy apple strudel.

The Edge continues to be our favorite restaurant, and Iliya continues to be our favorite server. The food is so good we think this meal was even better than the last time.
