Bidrage med feedbackWho would have thought there was a fantastic snack shack tucked away in a gas station? This little market offers fresh and wholesome ethnic food. I tried the empanada, and it was one of the best I've ever tasted.
The food isn't as flavorful as it should be, and the customer service is lacking.
Finally, I found a breakfast burrito that is truly worth eating! I wish the rest of Colorado could elevate their breakfast burrito game like these folks do. I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.
During a recent visit to Aspen with three friends, we stopped at this restaurant to use the restroom, and we were pleasantly surprised by the owner, Benoit. He was incredibly kind and took the time to ask about our travel plans. When he realized our chosen hike wasn’t suitable because of the weather, he suggested several excellent alternatives. He even took the time to draw us a map! Benoit’s hospitality was truly exceptional. The restaurant also offers a fantastic selection of delicious food and baked goods, all made fresh on-site. If I ever pass through Aspen again, I’ll definitely stop by just to say hello. And make sure to try the breakfast burrito—you can thank me later!
Benoit De Lavaissiere has recently opened his new restaurant in the former Snowmass Deli location just a week ago. He anticipates that the remaining kitchen equipment and menu items will arrive within the next 10 days. Today, the deli case displayed some enticing sandwiches in addition to the usual convenience store items. Benoit also shared that his partner and chef, responsible for crafting the menu, is excited to present the complete selection of offerings once everything is fully operational.
