Paella House - Snohomish

I attended 2 weddings that both used Paella House. The crew worked quickly and silently preparing our delicious meal on time.The crew served it “hot from the wok.” Each variety became my favorite! A great balance of flavors in each bite.Definitely looking forward to my next catered event with Paella House.

Not only is the food delicious, but Paella House takes catering and transforms it into an experience. I was so impressed that they were able to setup all their equipment on-site and cook multiple dishes of Paella fresh. It was so entertaining to watch them prepare all the food during the cocktail/social hour! If you're looking for something unique for your next event, Paella House will be sure to impress your guests!

Great, authentic food you can’t get elsewhere! Looking forward to trying more of their dishes. Their menu changes around a little each week, which is nice to make this a weekly dinner option. The owners are wonderful people!

The Paella Valenciana was outstanding! The smokiness of the rice and the high quality chicken made the dish memorable. My husband, who doesn't normally like paella, enjoyed it as well. The Manchego Salad was scrumptious and the strawberry fig balsamic glaze was to die-for. The mixed spring greens in the salad were extremely fresh and not wilted and flat like I've had at some restaurants. This exemplifies you and your wife's culinary talent and dedication to high quality ingredients. I can't wait to try your other paella dishes!
