Shane's Rib Shack - Snellville

Terrible!The food was disgusting, chcicken tenders were hard and small, so small that the palm of your hand is bigger than the tenders, I kid you not, I measured them.You can pay over 11 dollars for them and not even the order of 6 will be enough to fill you up.Also the salt shaker at my table had grease and grime all over it, very gross.Hardly anybody comes here to eat, and I see why. The staff are friendly, but the food is just not good.

If you want quick good bbq Shane has it. The fried okra was better than ever. I needed a quick fix for some folks that dropped by during my mealtime and I just made a bigger salad to go with my bbq it was right on. I wished I knew they were coming I'd pull out my grill and take the credit for the bbq. DELICIOUS ?Food: 5/5

I love bbq and I really like Shane's, But my experience today wasn't great. Me and my family waited 30 minutes and our food still wasn't ready. Place was empty too. I asked how much longer the worker went and checked and I'm guessing they forgot a dine In order on top of all the pick up orders. I asked for my money back and 2 female workers had attitude about it (not directly towards me but still).

We ordered the family feast and the best thing was dessert. The chopped pork, chopped chicken, fried tenders, and the boneless chicken in the sauce were all dry and not fresh. For me to get home and nothing was good I was not pleased. I had to go back out and get my family something else for dinner. How can we make this situation better and/or not happen again. I ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches which was pretty good. I also ordered 2 orders of the 6 piece chicken tenders and fries and an order of hot boneless wings. The tenders and the boneless wings were horrible. The chicken was fried so hard we couldn't even bite into it. I spent over $50 on this order to have to throw it away. This is the 2nd time visiting this establishment that the chicken was fried so hard or burnt that we couldn't even eat it. As much as I love their chicken salad sandwich I will not be returning to this establishment. Very disappointed
