Chick-fil-a - Snellville

Truett Cathy was a true pioneer, establishing a benchmark for his restaurant chain. However, my recent experience at this location was disappointing. While the service was fast and efficient, accompanied by friendly smiles, it didn't carry through beyond my initial visit to the counter. During quieter times, the staff did make an effort to check on guests’ needs. Overall, this restaurant has great potential, and it reflects the strong character of the founder. Thank you, Chick-fil-A.

The service was exceptionally quick. There's a playground, and my daughter had a great time playing with the other kids. Our food arrived piping hot. My only complaint is that I received fewer fries than expected.

The customer service was excellent, as always. The new lemon chicken Caesar salad is delicious. I'm looking for the dressing at the grocery store.

So, Chick-Fil-A has introduced a few new menu items. Today, I tried the Caramel Frosted Coffee and the Mac and Cheese. The Caramel Frosted Coffee doesn’t taste very different from the regular Frosted Coffee. However, the Mac and Cheese is fantastic! Mine was extra cheesy and really delicious. It has a comforting homemade quality—like what you might find at a Sunday dinner, rather than the traditional Thanksgiving style. You get the idea. Yum!
