Bidrage med feedbackI ordered chocolate cone, chocolate waffle cone Sundae. I had the Sundae remade because she gave me walnuts when I asked for mixed. Issue was resolved but 4 stars because this was the only occasion on which it was made wrong. I still tipped.
I wish I would have taken a picture of our ice cream me my sis went to this bruster’s I convinced my sis into going Monroe’s was closed yesterday wen my sis brought our ice cream the portions size of ice cream was good strawberry ? short cake ? do y’all believe the young kids that was working remind you me sis was the only car ? at the place so no rush they put sour old strawberries ? on our strawberry short cake ? I thought the strawberries ? wasn’t fresh by looking at them but started to eat it took a couple of bites I looked at my sis sed is it me r these strawberries ? taste ? sour she confirmed back to me sis it’s the strawberries ? we very dissatisfied disappointed to drive that far y’all have high ratings ? ? do better this was 11/25/21 8:15 pm
Was told that they would NOT make a chocolate peanut butter banana milkshake. Pure lazy....I have taken my daughter and here for 7 years, ordered that milkshake 3 times a year as a special treat. Told by Sophia that the shake machine wouldn 't be able to handle the banana. Just disappointing

First I'll start by saying I've been a regular customer at this location for nearly 15 years. In fact, many on the staff members know me by name and know what I want before I get to the window. Sammi which has remained my favorite because of how nice, courteous and always looking to deliver GREAT service! However, all of that was shattered after my most recent experience. Last night before closing I stopped to get my usual order. When I arrived home I noticed I was not given what I requested by the worker. It was too late call as they were closed when I got home. So today after work I stopped to explain what had happened. The young man asked if I had my receipt and I said I didn't I then asked him to look up my Brewster's rewards number to see my purchase record from last night. He started to look it up, but didn't know how to access it. Since that didn't work I showed him on my phone the banking activity which proved my purchase. That still was not good enough. I then asked for a manager and he said they had just left. He called the manager named Paige and she responded how do we know it was wrong? I'm like are you kidding? Your staff makes the mistake and then you have the audacity to question me... a long time customer as if I'm making this up for 1 scoop of ice cream? Whatever happened to the customer is right? Whatever happened to customer service? Whatever happened to appreciating a loyal customer? This has got to be the ABSOLUTE WORST Manager (PAIGE) I've ever encountered! Well... this ends my relationship with this location! And... I will be contacting corporate about this situation!
