Taco Bell - Smyrna

This Taco Bell was fantastic! The service was extremely quick. They had some of the new menu items, especially the cheesy burritos, which truly surpassed our expectations. We’re definitely planning to return for more. Interestingly, we tried to visit McDonald's and KFC right across the street, but one was closed and the other informed us they were on a 20-minute break due to a shift change. We were taken aback by this, so we decided to cross the road to Taco Bell, and we’re really glad we did!

The service was excellent, and the food was decent, but it didn't quite match the Taco Bell experience I’m accustomed to in Nebraska. The meat had a different flavor, almost as if it were lacking some seasonings or something.

I've been a loyal customer for quite some time, and I can confidently say that this is the best Taco Bell in the area! The service here is exceptional, and the staff's personalities are fantastic. The food is always served hot, and my orders are consistently accurate. The restaurant is clean, and the management and staff present themselves professionally while prioritizing food safety and sanitation. This location should be used as a model for training others!

It's been years since I have eaten at Taco Bell so it cane as a surprise when I had the urge to eat there. But there was a Taco Bell. My hubbyvand I both got the number 1: 3 tacos and a drink. We both got a Taco Supreme. They were okay. The sauces were notvery hot. The restaurant was clean and we were greeting warmly when we entered.

Awful experience! This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and it forced me to give it only one star. The food I received was actually good, but the order was a mess. Nobody picked up the phone when I tried to reach out.
