The staff was super friendly and helpful eating was good average meal ok price

I gave it 1 star so this won't be long. I love Olive Garden. I do not like this location. I'm a foodie, entrepreneur UGC pro. I know eating I love businesses. They earned this. Price: typical nothing new or different Parking: not too hrs to manage/easy to find the location Service: Everyone looks like they'd rather be studying, sleeping, making music, or already established in corporate America. No one looks like they actually want to work. Cleanliness: Check your silverware Food Quality: runny Alfredo sauce, bland everything, almost raw broccoli, idunnowhatthehelltheythinkthatis soup. But the chicken was fresh and the pasta was well made so I gave a star for that. I didn't take pics because I was so busy in my food feelings I forgot to be a professional and capture my review.

The hostess were NOTHING shy or rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They were not just rude to me but to my child as well.

I order Alfredo fettuccine when I arrive at the Smyrna location there was actually a customer complaining about the customer service and the pasta about how dry it was I actually order extra sauce before I even heard her complain and they gave me a dressing cup with extra sauce the pasta was very dry and Tasteless the manager Jason listen to the former customer complain after I order and took it with a grain of salt I will not come back either because it was very dry and tasteless and obviously they don't care!!!!

Horrible food! Horrible service! Outrageous price! Never Again! Emailed the General Manager about the experience and NEVER heard back from him. Thanks Mr. Patel , your the WORST General Mgr ever. And that's saying something. Good luck
