I came to this spot after work a couple days ago and this teen named Abraham served me a smashed cookie and said I’m not getting a refund . I was bieng nice the whole time in return for disrespect . This isn’t fair. Please do somthing crumble.

I had the worst experience in my life with the new Tanger Antioch, Tennessee location. Place my order Online at 12:50, arrive there at 1:50 and was told my order wouldn’t be ready until 3 o’clock.smh I Went back to the store at 3 o’clock to be told they haven’t had time to make any of the Specially, Cookies this week except for the Doughnut and chocolate chip and Brownie. I had ordered eight cookies and Weren’t able to get what I paid for. They told me they could only give me a refund and they didn’t have supervisor number for me to contact nor did they give that information out. So I chose to come back up to the Smyrna Location, where I found out, they actually have different owners, and have nothing to do with that location. I went into the app, showed them what I had, they had my order ready within four minutes, and I am extremely happy with the professionalism, As well as the customer service and cleanliness of the store. They actually put a smile on my face , And made me want to continue to be a customer of Crumbl. The manager was so sweet. At this time I would suggest everyone go to the Smyrna location over Tanger. You’ll be treated better… And to think, I gave the Antioch A five star review before picking up my order. Smh

There are no tables to eat your cookies, they WONT slice your cookies for you but sell the slicers for you to do it at home because “its company policy” ? The didnt give us spoons or napkins till we asked for some. Wont be back.

Worst customer service ever! Will not purchase at this location again!!! I purchased a 4 pack of cookies and they wanted to charge me extra to get a bigger because the 4 cookies they gave me wouldn’t fit in the 4-pack box. Thats the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of!! Instead of giving me a bigger box they wanted to just stack my cookies on top of each other to fit! What type of presentation is that when these are a gift for a coworker!!! 0/10 do not recommend this location!
