Cicis Pizza - Smyrna

Supper .. the stuff and manager.. are so welcome in and nice .. hot pizza and dessert

The food was pretty good. The staff was friendly and prepared any kind of pizza we requested fresh. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the restaurant. The chairs looked like they haven't been wiped down in several months. The restroom was a little bit on the nasty side. The restroom stalls looked like they had not been wiped down or sanitized for a couple of weeks. The game room area across from the restrooms smelled like a daycare full of dirty diapers.

Only two working. Cashier gave me a mean look because we got one water with our two dinners... No sauces available, almost all drinks out of order, with a bottle of dr. Pepper assumably for the customers. Attitudes were very low, dodgy, and rude. Pasta area was all cold, i listened to another customer call them out on it. Food was very decent at best. Some of it very unappealing. Cicis in lots of locations are going downhill. I only at a small plate and was pretty much disgusted with the cleanliness of the place. Will never visit this location again, what a waste of money.

Place was empty when I arrived except for 2 people. Salad bar needed to be stocked, there was little to no pizza/dessert on the buffet, soup was empty, and the alfredo sauce looked like it had been there since yesterday. Ordered 2 specialty pizzas for our table. Neither one was made correctly. Bathroom was filthy. I could see having these issues if the restaurant was busy, but seeing as it wasn't busy AT ALL, there's no excuse for it. And I am speaking from experience as I have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years.

Plenty of fresh pizza. Always has pepperoni out and fresh. Way better than the other location in Antioch
