Pizza Hut - Smithville

We ordered 5 pizzas on a Friday night for two basketball teams. The pizzas never delivered. I called and had to sit on hold for over 10 minutes to be told that they accidentally delivered the pizzas to a duplex close by. (We were having these delivered to the school and even had the school name printed on the order)The manager was not helpful at all, zero empathy and no solution. Needless to say, they let both teams down.We did use a coupon on one of the pizzas for a free pizza, we had points added up. They refunded money, but will not reimburse for the free pizza credit we had.Total customer experience: zero stars.

Ordered a pizza here last week, pepperoni jalapeños. Driver showed up on time with the pizza and chicken wings and both boxes were crushed, cheese stuck to the lid everything. Looked like the order had been brought over with a river anchor riding on top of it. Alright, no biggie. So I grabbed a mangled slice and noticed there weren't even jalapeños on it... Not a good job. Their facility however looks well kept.

I'm so glad you can still go out to a Pizza Hut for dinner! I love this place. Food and service are exceptional.Parking: Parking is adequate.

My family and I spend a lot of money here often, last night I feel like we were ripped off, I tried calling to fix it. The manager was really no help at all. We will be going elsewhere! Take care of your customers or you will lose them!

Not the most professional employees, but if people aren't trained, how would they know?
