We ordered a cake and small dessert for our wedding on sat, Samantha showed up with an undecorated cake, and FORGOT our cupcakes, we also found out that we had to decorate our own cake, which was not discussed with us when we met for a consultation. We paid $126 for a naked cake that we had to buy more flowers for to decorate with instead. The cake was crooked and nothing like we asked for, flavorless and nothing like the cake tasting, it was almost like our order was rushed through, she blamed her fiance for not having the cupcakes there, when she should have had a checklist to make sure all items arrived correct, a wedding is not something someone can just redo! We showed her our inspiration and the way we wanted the cake and she never mentioned during that conversation that she didn't do flowers, most cakes on her page show flowers!!! We had a small cake so we ordered extra cupcakes so the guest could enjoy with us. Pretty upsetting to have something like this happen on our wedding day my wife and I put so much effort into. We also had payment issues of Samantha confirmation of what our balance was and now it's we owe her. Sketchy all around. Would not recommend to anyone. She doesn't even deserve 1 star. I own J. Smith Events, we are a florist located in Kansas City, I worked with Anna over the spring and she is such a blast to be around. Not only does she have a wonderful personality, her cakes are stunning! She pays close attention to detail and they truly are a work of art. If you want something elegant and beautiful for your wedding look her up!

I trusted Crumbs and Confections, LLC to do my wedding and everything was so perfect. My cake and cupcakes were beautiful, moist and delivered and set up beautifully and on time. Samantha was super easy to work with and very accommodating as we planned our wedding super quick. Her tasting helped to set my mind at ease for what to expect at our wedding (so many delicious choices)...and we couldn't beat the price!

The owner made a birthday cake for us for a client and did a wonderful job! Very easy to work with, super fun and so nice! The cake was beautiful and so yummy! We highly recommend!!!
