Bidrage med feedbackI had the worst customer experience at Dunkin' today. There were two employees at the drive-through who were moving very slowly and seemed to be preoccupied with counting. They never greeted me or acknowledged me when I was there, and the lack of service made for a really unpleasant experience. I am only giving one star because of the poor service. Hopefully, Dunkin' can improve and turn things around.
The young children who work there is very rude and uneasy this load manager must check them how they interfere in the work they do by customer orders I have this experience with the same haute a 3 times not nice at all. and they just put everything they want in their order I am very easy friendly person, but that is enough
They didn't have napkins and it took a long time to receive a coffee and a cold dish.
The store is run down on the inside. There is no spunk at all. The shelves are not stocked at all. You have one pound coffee packages spaced out to look like cabanet its full but it's empty. The donut cabinet is never full no assortment. The staph is great and the drive thru is wonderful but if you looking for a place to get together with friends I would say look elsewhere. Oh and the bathrooms are not clean. The place is dirty and the blenders are in need to be fixed. The liquid flows out the bottom of the blender.
Some of the staff are really nice. There is one lady who works there who always get my order wrong even when she repeats it back to me. She makes my order wrong almost every time.
