Dunkin' - Smithtown

This is the best dunkin ever , they get my coffee right 99% of the time. Especially Donna,and Ariana And the rest of the staff, I don't know their names but they are FANTASTIC

I found the iced coffee at this Dunkin' location to be better than at most places. The service was exceptionally friendly, and they even allowed me to use their restroom with my service dog without any issues. It's great to see a business that understands ADA requirements, as not all places do, so I really appreciated the fair treatment.

I wouldn't return just for coffee. We waited 10 minutes for our hash browns, and they were still frozen in the middle. The only option for donuts was glazed munchkins, which was very disappointing. Overall, Dunkin' has the worst donuts I've ever had. Rating: 3/5.
