Stopped by their food trailer on the way back from Waynesboro. They were set up in the parking lot of the Upper Stem Brewery. We had to wait about an hour in line. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!! Wow! Amazing pit beef. Better than Chaps I think. Tried a bit of the brisket and that was awesome too. Both were so incredibly tender and flavorful. Glad I stumbled upon their food truck in Frederick!

We had brisket, pulled pork, slaw, smokey mac and cheese, and green beans for my daughter?s graduation party and the food was absolutely AMAZING! People kept raving about the food! Lots of people went back for seconds?especially the brisket!
