Ichiraku Ramen Fusion - Smithfield

Usually love this place. Got sushi this time and it smelled so fishy had to throw it out.

Ordered with no Sesame seeds and it was clearly made with. I called to ask for it to be remade but never made it that far. The girl that answered was nice and confirmed my order said no Sesame seeds. The man than took the phone blamed doordash? and gave me a wicked attitude. I have a dietary issue and if I eat these I will end up in the hospital. So rude.Dietary restrictions: Ignores notes.

My ramen was very mediocre almost bad. I don't know what kind of noodles they used but it's not what you expect to be normal ramen noodles. My pork in my ramen was mediocre and hard. Service was slow.

We ordered take out. I ordered vegan ramen extra spicy. My ramen came with these green noodles i guess seaweed/ vegetable not the regular noodles. I had 2 pieces of tofu and nothing else. No spouts, no veggies, nothing. The broth itself was very salty and lacked any flavor but salt. There was no spice at all and no flavor. It was the worse ramen i ever tasted. My husband got a chicken ramen, that had a decent amount of meat but no veggies or anything as well. He said his broth was also bland. Definitely dont recommend especially for the price quality needs to be much better

Got the Fried chicken bun. Very good, but not as crunchy as I thought it would be and chicken wasn't very tender. Waitress was nice, but seemed too busy to tend to us properly.
