Firehouse Subs Outlet Center Drive

We love Firehouse Subs. We stopped here last night and had a great experience! The food was great. We love the GF bread. The staff was very friendly. Michelle was very friendly and offer great customer service.

I recommend Firehouse Subs. The food was okay. The service was great and interesting as it is decorated with fire brigade gear and accessories (for lack of technical terms).

The quality of the food was excellent, just what we expect from the fire department. I rated them four stars due to the challenges of getting on and off the interstate to reach them.

We were excited to try this place after hearing someone say their subs are the best. Unfortunately, the staff was not particularly friendly, though they weren't rude either. After we finished our meals, my sandwich turned out to be neither beef nor smoked, and it was overloaded with mayo. My husband mentioned that this was his first time at this location, and he also didn’t enjoy his sandwich. While I’m willing to give Firehouse another chance, it will be at a different location next time. I ended up not finishing my sandwich because I avoid pork with nitrates.

Normally the subs are so great. Live been craving one for weeks and got one today. I was very dissatisfied. It was overflowing with mayo and dressing so much so that the bread was soggy and falling apart. Not satisfied at all. I do nt know when ill get again or if I will ever because of how it was made. And the pickle tasted very strange.
