Chili's Grill & Bar - Smithfield

Shared some apps and drinks with the ladies. The Smithfield location always has good food. The salmon meal is delish if you want to keep it clean. And the queso and chips is there for everyone else ????.

A nightmare. Ordered brisket quesadillas...I could barely find any brisket! Sent it back and ordered a cheeseburger medium well with everything but onions. Burger arrived on a bun with nothing on it. No cheese... nothing. Sent it back and they brought me aburger that was medium rare at best. Gave up. Manager came over and apologized for all the mistakes saying they were verybusy!! Thursday night and half the tables were empty. I'd be afraid to come on a Friday or Saturday!! Anyway I'm done withChili's. Went home and cooked a ???? that was good.

Had an Okay Experience tonight. My first waiter wasn?t the best, checked on our table maybe twice, and took forever to place our order. Was never notified he was going in break, and so we were left waiting for someone to take our plates. Melissa (I believewas her name) saved the day though! She was absolutely excellent. I usually never write reviews, but she was kind, sweet, andfriendly. My steak was undercooked, and my girlfriends cheese fries came with everything she asked them NOT to put on. Butwithout any issues she took it back and gave us an order of fries absolutely free! She was great!!! Ask for her if you want somegood service.

Food was really good. But the 5 stars goes to the bartender Missy!!! Incredible service. Great service and very attentive. Sometimes the service is slow here, but Missy erased that memory. She is running and keeps everyone happy. Great job

If you can go somewhere else. The food was ok at best except the skillet caso amd chips, that was really good. The server dropped blue cheese all over my sisters prada bag and nephews shorts. She didn't say she was sorry, infact she just walked awaywithout saying a single word. It was pretty pathetic.
