Pizza Hut Smithers

Easy place to get to and the place overall is great, though 20 bucks for a large pizza is too much especially when a panago pizza is 14 for a large. Other then that its quite good 5 bucks for a medium makes up for the price on the large but its still quite hard to get behind. Their delivery service is really good and the workers are all really nice, all and all this place is great for a family but one person not really.

Ordered the Chicken Caesar because it was the fri. special, won't be doing that again, Caesar is a salad not a pizza. That's what you get when trying to save a few bucks. I was not able to order the special over the phone but could order it online or over the counter, when I asked why she hung up on me, ??? Not slagging the place, I like the basic Canadian, their ordering system is goofy and again caesar should be a salad.

When the pizza is cooked to a nice golden its great. But much of the time the cheese is soft and thick and the crust is cooked, but not that great crispy pan crust you expect.

Went to order pizza and the hours say they close at 10:45 pm it's 10:25pm and I could not order delivery. False hours of operation not impressed

I ordered a small pizza for my 6 year old and they gave me gluten free crust that was rock hard and burnt. I brought it back and asked for them to make me a regular crust one as that is what I ordered. The man there (Manveen) told me that was all they has in a small. I told him I would pay for a medium regular one. He charged me FULL price and charged my card for the small as well. I asked for the refund for the small and he refused to give it to me. So I got charged for a small GF pizza and a medium one but only got the medium. $40 something dollars because of their mistake. So sad
