North Country Brew Pub - Slippery Rock

Food was great but a smallish table. On my bill they offered recommended tips, 20,22 and 25 percent BUT they included the tax in the calculation. Do they expect a customer to pay a tip on the tax????

There was glass in my water, pulled some out of my mouth probably swallowed more. Manager Jarred did nothing for us except ask what we wanted as if it was a bother to him. Left after paying full price, good food but highly recommend avoiding as if there’s glass in the water who knows what other health code violations are going on there.

Great food, great service, amazing beer, clean bathroom, what more could you ask for?

4 of us were out for Labor Day and stopped hoping they were open. We were sat within 5 minutes and our server,Nicole,was fabulous. It was super busy,she took the time to explain that orders were taking longer than usual. When the food arrived, it was excellent!!! Huge kudos to Nicole and staff!! 5 ?

Went in Labor Day evening. No one met us at checking in counter. Finally someone came up and said...20-30 minute wait. Told us we could wait at bar. Sat down, no one came to get order for beer. Finally someone hollered from kitchen...I'll be right there. Never came. We've been here before, but never this horrible service. So-so food, beers ok, service really bad, prices a little high. NEVER going back
