Smoothie King - Slidell

This place is always terrible. It always seems to be a new face, and they just don't know how to manage a line of people or make a smoothie as it should be. My cup was not full of two days in a row after I had waited 20 minutes in the ride through the line to get it. Had stopped for a while, because they just never seemed to have it together. Day 2 from convenience and I will never go back. Many reasons for a better service to go to Pontchartrain.

So you pull up for them to take order, she says ?please pull up we can?t hear that good, our speaker is breaking up.? I said ?Okay no problem.? We pull up she just looks at us.. then I say ?chocolate gladiator? she says ?sorry out of chocolate.? I said ?okay vanilla 40oz? she says ?we?re out of large cups? I said ?have a great day? so I went to the one off of pontchitrain drive by cross gates gym. So much better service and treats you like they want to keep your business. It wasn?t that they were completely out of everything, the customer service was garbage. Get better employees. I would drive 2 miles and go to the other smoothie king

The store opens at 7 am. It's Saturday btw. I ordered online to pick up at 7:10 got there at 7:10. The store wasn't open. I had to make a quick stop and got back at 7:30 store still wasn't open. I seen a young lady outside waiting on I guess the manger to open the store...then they proceeded to have a conversation(not long) outside the store... at this point I'm annoyed because I've ordered my smoothie and it's already 7:30. I get to the door and it's still locked. Long story short I didn't get my smoothie that was supposed to be ready at 7:10 until 7:40. I hate posing bad reviews but this is unacceptable.

My favorite Smoothie King in the city. Jeremy is the heartbeat of this store and so is the cute girl with the glasses (sorry, I forgot her name. They both are always kind, recalling orders, calling customers by name, and so pleasant. This place is better because of you both. Thanks for outstanding service and being a Fremaux neighbor.

After a horrible experience at a different smoothie king (the one by marcos pizza) I came to this one at 941am on March 10th 2021. The employees here was super nice, respectful and super helpful. I was asked how I was doing and I was honest about my other experience just a few min ago and they said they was sorry to hear about that and hoped I'd have a great experience with their store. This is now the only store I'll be going to. Thank you to the employees that was there this morning. Keep up the awesome work.
