Burger Plus - Slave Lake

Sausage Plus has been a staple at The Plaza forever. I'm glad they have remained open. They have the best breakfast that you can get all day.

A little hole in the wall that makes a decent burger and fries. No atmosphere whatsoever but the lady that served me was friendly.When ordering a burger or sandwich get the mayo and other sauce on the side because my burger was swimming in that white goop.

Amazing service. Awesome food. Always leave satisfied.

Enjoyed my experience until the moment I politely asked for a to go box or bag to take the remainder of my burger and was SCOLDED and told no boxes are expensive. And they have a stack of them sitting there but unless I’d originally said take out they refused to give me one. Pretty shocking and out of left field because I literally had to wrap my burger in a bunch of napkins and carry it out like a ball in my hands. Guess all the reviews about nice owners are locals who have an in with them and they treat outsiders like trash.

The kindest owners you will ever meet with menu items that easily become the meals you bring new visitors to enjoy! Small town favorites are definitely the Szechuan Beef and Noodles!
