The New Country View D - Slatington

Good food, great service, and reasonably affordable.

This place is tucked away on a nice back road, definitely has all the feelings of a diner to it. Feel as though this is the place everyone in town goes to on Sunday to eat which makes the atmosphere special. I tried the corn beef hash omelette and it was very good! Gotta say though awful customer service, kinda annoying when your waitress is walking by your table and blatantly ignoring when you just want the check or a box for your food. Or just never comes back when you get your food period.

Nice traditional diner. Everything we had was great, with the home fries and feta omelettes as the clear highlights. Service was friendly and very fast. Pricing is not as low as some other local diners but very fair. We'll definitely be back.

We just got a free coffee! The nice guy at the register was so kind! I am not even a regular customer, my first time at the diner!

Delicious food. Fast, friendly service. Right on Rte 873 so it’s very convenient. Found this restaurant while visiting the area and very happy we did.
