Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The manager, Shay, truly exceeded my expectations during my recent visit to Popeyes. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued guest. Shay's attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service was evident throughout my entire dining experience. Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor and left me wanting more. I can't recommend Popeyes enough to anyone looking for a perfect combination of amazing service and great food. Thank you, Shay, and the entire team at Popeyes, for creating such a memorable visit that I will cherish for a long time cause you know in ATL that’s rare!!

The employees and their current customer service is horrible. There were several issues with missing flavors of wings. And they were unable to make any macaroni!

The workers were not friendly and the cashier talked down to my son. The two sandwiches we bough were burnt with no taste. The cheese was not warm on my sandwich. Mac and cheese was good but couldn’t get anymore because the machine broke. The wings were good and so were the fries. Over all I was disappointed

Restaurant has a 80 score. Chicken wasn’t good; no flavor. Drive thru is never open. Horrible experience.
