10/10 - The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! It included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, bagels, Danish pastries, and waffles!
We visited on a Sunday, and the only option available was the buffet, which was disappointing. Fortunately, the salad bar was decent. However, the hot food was among the worst I've had in quite some time. Even the biscuits were inedible—they were as hard as rocks.
Came here for lunch, not a lot of people. To navigate can be difficult if first time. So you'd park on the long row of parking spaces. I assume you can enter through the main entrance of the lodge but we entered on the side of the building. Walking down a bit more the drive way, there's a bench before it is an entrance. You enter go straight until you see the desk an open area with tables on the side of the windows. The food was good, generous for the price. A nice view bird feeder if seated there by the waitress.Top picture is pork chop that comes with chowder a biscuit. Got a side of coleslaw fries. I don't remember what the egg option was called, if I remember I'll edit it. Got starters of quesadillas which comes with 4 slices.
The experience was satisfactory, though not exceptional. The waitress was friendly, and the service was good. I dined in for dinner, and the meal cost around $30–50 per person. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
