The friendly staff did a artful job insuring my initials were on there perfectly. Thank you for being such a help! Would definitely recommend!! Btw they did a great job monogramming!

Asha is amazing!! I went there to help my wife complete her luggage set, despite not personally being a Tumi fan myself. With that said, the service was impeccable. Asha was both professional and personable. We enjoyed our visit to this location AND completed the set.
I had a terrible experience at this store this week. I was completely ignored when I walked in to shop. The 3 employees just continued chatting like I wasn't even there. It was obvious by what they were saying that they were gossiping about another employee who wasn't there. I was shocked to hear the language they were using and the racial slurs as well. The older lady with the long black hair seemed to be the ringleader of the conversation and the others were just going along with it. When I asked some questions about the products, including where they were made, I was treated like an interruption to their conversation. They didn't want to tell me the products were made in China. $600 for a product made in China? No thanks. Shopping in a store with rude, unprofessional staff? No thanks. Supporting a company that would employ people like this? I'll take a pass. Tumi is over priced garbage that falls apart soon after the purchase, which was evident by the number of newer looking bags I saw coming In for repairs with less than happy looking customers. Tumi=Trashy.
The specific store at Old Orchard was great. I am, however, disappointed in the customer service at the corporate level. I purchased a Tumi case for my laptop less than a year ago. The zipper broke so I brought it to the store to get it fixed. I assumed that Tumi, as a high end brand, would stand behind their product. They do not cover broken zippers and instead offered to send me a new bag with a trade in allowance on the one I purchased. Very disappointing.
