Bidrage med feedbackThe food is amazing here, quite fast service and accommodation for groups. A decent atmosphere. However, the space must control the bugs in the outside seat area. I love eating outside, but it is not ideal on gravel next to a tree full of insects. They used to have it in front of the building in a tent that was great, but they got rid of it.
A Princeton Institute, and in vain! The food here is shockingly delicious, super freshly cheap. I love their oysters, fresh fish and if it's the season STEAMERS! The staff is attentive, friendly and funny. It feels like at home, and I still have to be disappointed by a single thing I ordered in the six years I visited here. Give him an attempt you won?
My wife and I tried the first time? we will not return. Ordnete Chili, which was quite bland and room temperature to start. Also ordered the jersey frits that were not bad, but came with the most artificial cheese sauce I ever had. Luckily it was on the side. We ordered both burgers who were absolutely terrible. At first it came with a huge pimple that they placed under the potato chips because who not like Soggy Chips?? It also had a Koleslawin? It was unnoticed. The burgers themselves? Well, the grill must need a cleaning, because even though they were pink inside, they were seduced to death on the outside. They also decided not to season the meat at all. We both took two bites before we plan our escape. But I had the hope that the waitress, when we see our almost untouched plates, might ask about our meal? No. Asked if we wanted a box or if she could just delete it. Then the boldness had to ask if we wanted coffee or desert! I guess she was just on autopilot or something. After leaving the Char taste, like a bad smell, until we get home to our valuable water pick! Haven?t had a bad meal / bad service combination like this in a while!
Great local establishment. They are normally the go to place for business lunch or local dinners. The menu is extensive and they regularly have specials. Portions are large for the salads, most other meals are good size as well. They have a full bar and indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer theme nights for things like trivia. I wouldn?t recommend the salmon though.
So Tigers Tale has been a staple in Montgomery for 35 years. In all that time the menu has pretty much stayed the same... and the decor too. There are two sides of the restaurant... the bar side and the dining side. The bar has room for at least 40 in addition to high tops and a couple.of booths. The dining side has a ton of tables of different sizes to fit your group. Food is generally very good. Selections range from chicken wings to full dinners. This time I had the Tigers Tale original ... a breast of bbq chicken on a garlic toasted roll. Spicy and flavorful but definitely more bread than chicken. The fries are hand cut and really tasty. If I have one compliant about this place is that the liquor...at least the beers anyway... are, I think, expensive. While they have an excellent selection with 24 beers on tap, there is no price list so you have no idea what you will be paying. I had a Smithwicks from the tap and it came in at $7.99. My two beers were more than the entree! However, based on the crowd for a Monday night and the amount liquor consumed I can only assume that no one really cares. So try it out. I 'm sure you will be satisfied.
