Bidrage med feedbackI have submitted an order for the collection that I have made at least in the last 2 years without problems. over the phone I explained diced breast of chicken curry not shredded chicken. embedded to collect and shrunken hug was on the entrance. I was told after a long wait that this was changed into a diced breast of chicken. When I came home, I opened the tablet, it was a regular chicken curry. not a DICED-BREAST. I explained that to the manager who didn't understand what I meant. I had previously received this order, and that was 100% not a divorced breast of the huh. manager advised me huh comes already cut by supplier and that is what the cook used. Never a problem. I was offered a refund and said that could take a few weeks.
If I request no onions in my curry, I still receive onions. When I ask for delivery, is my order still left at the restaurant? Someone needs to take charge and ensure orders are accurate at Mangohaus.
Can never know if this place is actually open. put an order on just eating because it said they were delivery and asserted online to be open. we arranged several times to see why our order was not confirmed, but there was no answer so we had to go down and found that the place was not even open. about 25 minutes then try to eat only to cancel my order, finally got through, but I have no idea when I get my money back.
First time ordering from this restaurant. Waiting two hours now for delivery and no sign of my order. Is this the norm for this takeaway??
The restaurant is very nice with excellent staff and reasonable prices.
