Restaurang Prima - Skansholm

We were here on our way home from a fishing trip in the mountains. The restaurant is a paradox, the food is really good, but the venue does not fit completely. The restaurant is located in an old school/kindergarten with simple tables and chairs and a certain school environment. But nice staff, many local products and the homemade ice cream was super good.

Very good food, fun venue and friendly service. The prices are somewhat high, but the quality is very good, so would say it is worth it. Great focus on local ingredients and self-picked, feels modern despite the location. Extra plus for a fun selection of drinks with own juices (e.g. eagle, Rallar Rose, etc.). Definitely recommended.

A nice dinner in a cozy environment. Feeling like eating with someone. The food is fantastic with many ingredients from the area. Worth a visit. However, you need to book in advance.
