Worst experience of my life. the personal is absolutely rude and I will literally never stop here again. phillip is about the most rude person I have ever seen and had to ask him to calm down and relax. I'd be embarrassed to use him.

Employee dug in his ear and made my sandwich with no gloves. Also, coughing all over our order with NO MASK on. Owner was on site doing the same thing. We dumped our food into trash. When my 80-year-old grandmother requested very kindly that they were gloves, they laughed and told her her mask wasn’t over her nose enough.

I had a great overall experience. The employee who assisted my boyfriend and I had an amazing optimistic attitude. It had been my first time requesting that I add the mayo and mustard myself due to my OCD stressing me out about it. He had allowed me to use the bottles myself under the condition that I use a glove while using the bottles. I of course agreed, and proceeded to do so. Once the sandwiches were completed, my boyfriend and I also noted that he reminded us of a talk show host from the way he entertained us with every-day conversation.

Sandwich Tec’s were friendly, precise, and quick, the food was fresh, and the store was reasonably clean. The bread was a bit hard and a little over cooked.My biggest complaint is when the Sandwich Tec’s do not wash their hands before they re-glove, especially with covid still going on. It’s one thing to not change cloves if all they are handling are sandwiches, but when they are multitasking, i.e., touching multiple surfaces while making sandwiches, that is cross contamination.I know every minute counts when they have a line of people at the counter and drive-up window, but that is not always the case, and there is no excuse for not taking the 20 seconds to wash their hands before they re-glove.Most people will not say anything to the Sandwich Tec’s. Many people may not care. nevertheless, I would rather wait while the sandwich tec takes the 20 seconds to wash their hands and re-clove, than not, and risk contaminating my food.All in all, this is a good store with friendly people.
