We came across this restaurant by chance when we were in Sisteron for the Monte Carlo Rally. Without question one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Excellent food, service from very well-trained staff and a great atmosphere. The rally posters in particular make it very special for rally visitors.

Looking for a restaurant on a cold Sunday in the sisteron, where most restaurants have been closed, we were delighted to find this hotel well heated and à la carte and at the pleasant reception. in the dish a large risotto with chicken nets and a dessert a good rice with ice cream with rum of dairy grapes and chocolate mousse.
