Multo bene, perfetto. So good that we booked for the following night. Buratta was one of the best we've had, pasta as it should be, a pork shank that melted and caramel panna cotta so naughty it would've been sent to bed without dessert! There are higher rated restaurants in Sirmione (not sure how), but this place has character and soul, great food, lovely service. Keep up the good work. Sirmione as anyone might guess, is a lot of tourist traps. Al Boccondivino is not a trap and easily one of the very best here. Prices are good, and the food is well done! The Carbonara is spot on to the same you find in Rome the guaciale slightly crunchy for the bacon flavor. The Cacio i Pepe has a great pepper bite but not overdone. Service was not fast by American standards, but easily fits how Italian restaurants work. I am first generation Italian American and can prepare the dishes myself most often. These were good!
