Horrible service, terrible food and the waiter was unapologetic after I spit out the seaturtle meatballs in my racotta ravioli
We spontaneously decided to have dinner, were turned away everywhere in the area because we didn't have a reservation, but we were allowed to stay here. The service was friendly. As a starter we had the board with salami and cheese, along with bread from a paper bag, which unfortunately was no longer completely fresh. The spaghetti with scampi was disappointing for the price. On the plate was a scampi in a hat and coat, with intestines, in tomato sauce, which made it almost impossible to take it apart. Unfortunately there was no bowl of water to clean your fingers. We then did this with the water from the water bottle we ordered. As a farewell there was a free Sorbetto al Limone, which was very nice and shows the hospitality. Conclusion: left a lot of money without a wow effect, but we were full.
The attention to detail, the excellent quality of the ingredients and their skilful combination make the bistro a place worthy of the name. An adopted Syracusan chef who fights and keeps territoriality alive in his dishes, more than a local chef! Really congratulations!
Cute local, bring great right and good quality. very appreciated the warmth towards the customers and the attention also to the smallest. I recommend fish dishes.
