Taco John's - Sioux Falls

Terrible customer service by employees and the manager.

We had a coupon for 2 taco brovos for 5, limit 4. We got 4 and realized that they only charged us for 2 at regular price. Plus we ordered tatto oles with spicy cheese and it was still ovrer 30 dollars for two people. Plus they kept running the coupon through the scanner and it kept adding up the price. I don't know were you hire people, but they should have better training at cashier. We will new go there again. The taco bravo where soggy and so were the potatoes oles.

Go there literally 3-4 times a week to get tacos. Order multiple tacos and they can never get the amount right.

Food was alright, but regretted not going to Gilaberto's instead

Okay, I got to change this review because last week when I got my breakfast burrito it was barely room temperature. I tried a couple days later and got some breakfast and you could play hockey with the potato ole's. Okay, here we go with a bad review for Taco John's. I ordered sour cream and I did not get it and your customer service this morning was definitely substandard. Let's work on that accuracy and then let's work on those customer service skills because you've got neither one.
