Red Lobster - Sioux Falls

We have been here 4 times in 2024 and food has been delicious and service excellent.

My husband and I went to Red Lobster on Friday March 29, 2024. They were a little busy, hostess advised it would be a 15 min wait, we said okay we will sit at the bar. The bartender completely ignored us. The hostess called our name sat us down. We had Taylor R has our server. Very kind, polite and apologized to us a couple of times. We ordered our drinks, food. We received our waters. Salad came and then our drinks came with our meal. From the time we sat in your establishment, we finally received our drinks 1 hour later. The waiter apologized and also gave us 1 free beer, but this could've been avoided if the manager would've stepped in and help.We won't be back. We pay alot of money to eat at Red Lobster and they should serve drinks immediately. Food was good, service from Taylor R was excellent and the bartender was terrible.

Lobster Fest, not a cheap meal, but worth the price (we very seldom eat out, so when we do, we want something decent . Service is always excellent, too. We get there about once a year and always leave fat and happy !Kid-friendliness: Most kids aren 't thrilled by expensive seafood (thankfully ! so Red Lobster has Mac and cheese and other food they will eat. And the staff welcomes kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Waitress was very good,the fish was not good hard on the sides very greasy, the fries were not good.the biscuits were amazing. I don't think I'll return there, plus the price for the food is way too high.Wheelchair accessibility: It's good
