Parker's Bistro - Sioux Falls

I took a wealthy friend there for dinner, who drinks rare bourbon daily. He ordered 2 1oz pours of a bourbon that we pay $25 for at the best place on the west side. They charged us $100 each. My friend said the MOST he paid for this anywhere was $35. I have lived around the world, and this was the MOST DISHONEST experience ever. I will tell everyone this story forever. Service: Dine in

Parker's off their game tonight! You can't sell a delicata squash salad by substituting butternut squash. The cold soggy bacon and lack of blue cheese was noticeable. The pasta was way off as well. It's normally very nice but braised beef should be very tender and not look like tough pieces of chislic. Bad day I hope and not the new norm.

Someone had a seizure from no ventilation with a chemical washer. Not to mention the deserts were in the same area. Hope the remodel helped with the mental capacity for safety.
