The food is great! The service was great! Very practical!

Should update their business hours for drive thru. It was there at 8:30, where nothing was said about her hours. The drive thru speaker was with the recording. People think they're open. Had about 7 cars behind me and thought it was open. Do not advertise that you are open up to 10 if you are only open up to 8.

Mine was ordered through the drive-thru and I ordered two piece leg combo, mashed potatoes without gravy. And a lemon cake. When I got home there was gravy on my mashed potatoes, they did not give me no plastic silverware. So I had to eat it with my fingers. And I ordered the original crust but they didn't have nothing but the crispy so I had to end up eating that. I think you people need to start training employees a lot better cuz they do not know what they're doing. Restaurant #C750138 cashier: Adin I would like to have a free coupon to get what I wanted. But on the other hand I will let you know that the chicken was good (I just don't like crispy I like the original). I would like to see that these younger adults gets trained better. And this isn't the only place I have problems with now. Every fast place that you go to now has young adults and none of them knows how to work cuz they probably was not trained right.

Everything was ok but no deals. Plus be careful entering KFC . Most drive through areas have plenty of space to pull in from the street. This one doesn't.
