Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

This is the largest buffet I've ever experienced! The quality is about a 7 out of 10, but the sheer quantity of food more than makes up for it. Everything is hot and well-stocked, with plenty of seafood options. There's truly something for everyone here, and the kids seemed to enjoy it with choices like nuggets, fries, and pizza. It is a little pricey, but considering the variety, it's quite reasonable.

We usually love this restaurant, as my family and I have visited many times and always left satisfied. However, it seems to be declining over the past few years. On August 27, 2022, around lunchtime (12-1 PM), my mother, daughter, and I were finishing our meal when my daughter pointed to the wall and asked, "What's that?" I looked and was horrified to see a COCKROACH! I tried to alert the servers and the other nearby guests, but no one paid any attention. When I went to pay, I attempted to tell the man at the register, but he was too busy to listen. I am utterly appalled by this experience. The fact that cockroaches are crawling in the walls, along with the indifference of the staff to acknowledge the issue, is deeply troubling!

As for the service, our experience was disappointing. The hostess took our drink order without any enthusiasm and then practically threw the drinks on the table. It didn’t seem like they were particularly busy, so it was puzzling. We were charged $2.00 for a full glass of ice with a small amount of beverage, and no refills were offered. I also noticed we didn't see any self-service beverage station. Twice during our meal, my husband’s plate was taken away while he was still finishing his last few bites. Additionally, there was garbage left out in areas where people were dining, which was off-putting. On a positive note, I have eaten here several times, and the facility is always clean.

Everything I ate tasted good, they had a huge variety , staff could have been a little bit friendlier, but overall I would eat there again if in the area.

Nice selection of food on the buffet. But but? most of what I tried wasn?t hot, even when stirred and taking from bottom of pans. Didn?t try the hibachi. I?m guessing that should?ve been hot food. Styrofoam plates and plastic silverware!! Seriously Ijust paid $18 or more for a meal and it?s served with Styrofoam and plastic. Will not be back until they change this policy! Iwalk in and there?s plastic silverware, I?m back out the door.
