They have a lunch and dinner menu which clearly state at what time it switches over so if you don't pay attention then you may have to pay the dinner rate (It's 3pm); but it's only about a $2-3 difference depending on which entrée you get; well worth it. My personal favorites are the orange chicken and the sweet and sour shrimp.
I'm somewhat new to the Sioux Falls area, but this is where I go to get Chinese food. I've eaten here three or four times, and I've never experienced any of the service issues that others apparently have. The good is very enjoyable; I always seem to order to the duck with pineapple cherries. Its not an elegant dining experience, but the prices are also pretty reasonable.
