Giliberto's Mexican Taco No. 5

I'm new to the area, first time at this place. I have questions. I hope the photos show it, but the ground beef was very red in color. It didn't look like a sauce, but more like raw hamburger. Is this normal? I've learned some places serve hamburger at a med-rare as a norm, does Giliberto's do this for their tacos? Undecided if I'll go back.

This was our first time trying this place and was hoping it was good ..... Well it was DELICIOUS!! We just moved to the area and we're looking for a Good real Mexican restaurant and this place hits home !! The Meat has the right flavors the salsas are perfect and the Mexican drinks are perfect as well!! If your new to the area and come from a place where there's Mexican food everywhere well this is the place !!! I highly recommend and the staff was wonderful and friendly will definitely be back ! Thanks !!!

Last two times I've been there I've been let down. There is literally zero salad in my taco salad.

The service is slow and the food is OK. So if you want Tacos or Burritos and you don?t want to leave the West side this is your place. But there are better burritos in town. And there drive through places that don?t take a half hour to get in and out of. But if you live on the west side and want a conga burrito and you?ve got time to spare. This is your place. 2 of 5 will return. Update: 2 of 3 orders they got right. 1 order of 2 ground beef and cheese hard shell tacos turned in to 2 hard shell chicken and everything Tacos. I won?t learn and will be back to visit my Toxic relationship with Gilberto?s

Called in order for 2 mixed fajitas,picked it up went home kids ate one of them then i saw it wasn't mixed fajitas just shrimp, called them back, went back, and they made me what i ordered, so they made it right, they are awesome. open a shop by the north walmart, if you build it we will come.
