Crappy! Barely busy (maybe 20-25 people) at 1 p.m. and 5 servers working! Still took 15 minutes to get sat at a table by the bus boy. Took another 15-20 minutes to get drinks. Ordered food and then it was almost 45 minutes to get our food (3 of us) and it was so bad we couldn't even eat it. Wanted a manager and got tired of waiting so we paid and left. Don't ever go to the Applebee's in the mall!!!

Had my go-to dish the Fiesta lime chicken, which NEVER disappoints! I have yet to have a bad experience at any Applebee's and the food is always

Friday night 6 pm busy time. I STRIVE to avoid going out to restaurants at such day/time due normal high demand. Too many people and traffic.However, on this Friday night, I was pleasantly surprised at this restaurant in the Empire Mall. They were busy, but no waiting time. Excellent server and service. Food was what we asked for and excellent quality and taste. We got our money’s worth!I would recommend this location

Wow.....the all you can eat meals....you can choose between them all as you are having one...go from boneless wings to shrimp yo riblets.....
