Applebee's - Sioux Falls

I love the atmosphere here. It is very easy to have a conversation with your people. Sometimes I think there are to many employees that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing because they are to many doing the same thing and they can'tcommunicate everything to everyone. The food was excellent!

Was along time since I had been there so thought I'd give it a try. Had the Bourbon Steak with loaded garlic mashed potatoes. Potatoes were great. The steak was not worth talking about. B a very long time B4 I will even put the thought of going there again in my head again. My dinner guess however did enjoy her meal.

That was my first time in this restaurant, I ordered the Southwest shell and my mother ordered the classic cheeseburger. first the southwestern bowl was good, then she got really spicy, and it was kind of salty. I tried a bite from the burger of my mother and it was really good. then our waitress came by and checked us first, but my mother said they were safe? then I told our waitress that I don't really like it, and then she would see what she could do. then came back and asked me what I still want, then I said I wanted what my mom had. then the manager sharon came by with the meal and took off the southwestern bowl. what my mother and I appreciate, and that is what I think is customer service and I will come back here in a definite way.

The fish and the chips that were not made. the fish was quite watery. they have eaten at applebee’s many different times and never had anything like before. I don't know if we're going back after this experience.

Excellent meal. Excellent servers. One was in training and did a great job.
