Hardee's - Sioux City

This burger is ridiculously good! It's the #2, Super Star. It really is done right and I think it's moved into my #1 favorite burger slot.

We created an account and ordered via the app. When we got to the store to pick up our food the employee told us that they didn't make any of our food because they were out of mushroom sauce for several of our burgers. Despite having our phone number they didn't call either. When we asked for a refund we were told we'd have to do that through the app and when we asked how to do that she didn't know and neither did the manager that she called. There was no option on the app to request a refund and the restaurant marked our order as complete even though we received no food and the restaurant owes us $60.67. (Update: it took reaching out to corporate to get our refund but we did finally get our money back.
