Pizza Hut - Sinton

Ordered 3 large pizzas, husband went to pick up, they said it was already picked ked up. Had to sit and wait for them to remake. Seriously have to train staff better.

Ordered meat lovers with pan crust. When got home and the crust was just if someone poured a bottle of oil on the crust. It had even soaked into the pizza box. Just not able to eat.

I order a Stuffed crust supreme and had it delivered to loves. The pizza was hot and fresh and the driver was great. And it was a change from the normal things we eat on the road. Thank you

Ordered 1 medium pan pepperoni pan pizza and ended up getting a drowned in sauce square pepperoni with pizza. I didn't ask for my pizza to be cut in squares nor did I order a family box deal pizza. If you were out of pan pizza crust as a manager you should have contacted the customer and let them know that not just assume that they would be OK with that. That to me is just poor customer service and to me it sounded like the manager told the cook just give them a square crust if they don't like it they will be home by the time they know it and aren't going to drive back because I am to lazy to do my job of picking up the phone and letting them know

It took forever to get our pizza (carry out). And when we did, it was cold and tasted old. The guy apologized but that was it. Next time I'll go to Dominos across the street. At least their pizza is always hot.
