I have tried pizza in many places in the world… Orlando’s Mom can make very, very nice pizza. It’s like a New York-style… the ingredients are fresh, the sauce is flavorful and the toppings are perfectly proportioned. The crust is cooked to perfection… crunchy on the bottom soft on top. Seriously superb pizza compared to pizza anywhere, much less next to a rice patty in Bali! Well done. WELL DONE!
