Sushi Tei - Singapore

Had a late lunch here. The salmon roe sushi was great, succulent and sweet. The restaurant decoration had a nice grand finishing touch.

This is one of the top spots for Japanese cuisine. I really appreciate the variety on their menu. The quality and freshness of the ingredients stand out to me as well. This was my first time trying soft shell crab at Sushi Tei, and I was pleasantly surprised that they served the entire crab! The quality was excellent! Additionally, the service staff was attentive whenever we needed assistance.

The restaurant features a stunning design, with everything meticulously crafted and beautifully presented. The loyalty program is definitely worth it. A couple of suggestions: sake should be served chilled on ice, and water should always be free of charge. Be prepared for a wait, as it can get busy.
