Sushi Express - Singapore

Overall the food is decent and well priced as compared to other express sushi locations. Its definitely provides a good selection of sushi, Japanese style seared items and foods. All food ordered is done through their online site via scanning the QR code. The more you order, the more you fill an 'adventure ' gauge which allows you to play a mini game to win a prize. In our case, our group won and got a can of cola each, but we could only claim after our payment. A little awkward after finishing the meal. But definitely see this as good potential.

Yummy food and nice cosy environment. Food is really fresh and tasty. Dessert taste good too!

I visited on April 24th and I can't wait to come back! The jumbo scallop with cheese was fantastic, and the sauce inside was a delightful surprise. The brown crab was also excellent! The sweet and sour salmon was quite filling, and the salmon sashimi was served in impressively thick slices—four in total. Their portion sizes are generous!

I really love this place! I would definitely compare it to Genki. It's a great spot for quick sushi, offering a wide variety that stands out from the typical sushi menus you find elsewhere. The sashimi portions were generous, though I would have preferred thinner slices. I particularly enjoyed the mentaiko mussel and the fried Korean sushi roll. However, the trio salmon with the Korean sauce had a rather odd flavor and didn't pair well together, even though the salmon itself was substantial. The spicy tamago sushi was also not to my liking; I found the sauce quite unappetizing. Our total bill came to around $37 for two people, and we left feeling very full. On a side note, I did spot two ants crawling on my table, so they might want to consider cleaning the restaurant a bit more thoroughly.

The food was quite good and satisfying, although the selection was somewhat limited. The ambiance of the place is pleasant, and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable—not overly expensive but not particularly cheap either. The restaurant uses a sushi train delivery system, which is a fun touch. I recommend checking it out for a unique experience!
