March 2021. This place is not the best choice for Korean cuisine. While the trendy and clean dining atmosphere caught our attention and the prices were reasonable, the food was good but lacked true authenticity. My only complaint is the online ordering app, which is quite cumbersome to use and navigate. The manager deserves praise for their patience during our experience, especially given the errors in our order and the long wait time.

I ordered cheese fried rice and bibimbap, upgrading my meal with fried chicken and potato pancakes. The cheese fried rice could have benefited from a bit more cheese; I expected it to be cheesier. The fried chicken was great, and overall, the food tasted better than I anticipated. However, I had a negative experience with the mobile ordering and service. When I mentioned that I wanted to order using my phone, they immediately took the physical menus away. This made it difficult for anyone else at my table to reference the menu. The mobile ordering system was also frustrating; it seemed to struggle with processing payments. My credit card information was only partially captured, which created a hassle. I couldn't go back to verify what I had ordered since the menu was already taken away, forcing me to restart the entire process. Ultimately, I ended up ordering manually, relying on my memory to recall what I had entered.
