Majestic - Singapore

They have eaten here since they were at the majestic hotel @bukit pasoh rd. I have to say that they gave a real new oldspin to Chinese cuisine. not only does it look good, the taste has increased from traditional Chinese foods. very recommend their meals for the first timer to have a taste of their signature dishes. definitely recommend all my friends.

Eating- amazing taste, tried to dress 5 diffetes and everything was up to the brand cost- a bit expensive, worth it! Ambience architecture of the building where this restaurant is located is worthwhile service- fast and dedicated must visit place!

Best egg wash hor fun with the wok hei I had in a long time . The hor fun egg gravy is super addictive , a sauce I would lick off the bowl … this tells you how good it was . hor fun was topped with ikura. Very nice twist . Got half a duck , was above average but not mind blowing . Tried the dim sum bento too , char siew Bao was yummy using good cut of meat not fats. The chicken feet very well marinated .

My photography skills did not do justice to these flavourful dishes. Impressive. Though price may be on the high side, the taste is worth every penny. Duck lovers, you may want to try the roast duck instead of Peking duck.

I really enjoyed the mix of modern and nostalgic atmosphere at this restaurant. The menu offers a wide range of options to choose from. During my first visit, we decided to try most of the signature dishes. I would definitely return to try more of their offerings. The ribeye with soy sauce was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the Seafood HorFun was filled with generous and delicious seafood ingredients. My only suggestion would be to improve the table arrangements, as some of the tables, especially the ones for two people, are too close together. They were able to accommodate us at a round table instead, which made for a more comfortable dining experience.
