Chef Kaz has a brilliant palate, which shines in every dish. Loved the sesame tofu jelly/uni cocktail, the wagyu beef rice with truffles and the pork-wrapped ginger (a nice moden interpretation of traditional Japanese ginger pork). The potato salad had a unique smoky flavour. The deserts were light and refreshing and the drinks were innovative and fun. Their special cocktail maker will custom-make a drink for you. Service was attentive and friendly. Thank heavens they have a valet service at the door. Otherwise, Club Street can be a challenging place to find a carpark!

Amazing service and food, the whole establishment is very open and friendly and we were treated like royalty from start to finish. It was my husbands 30th birthday and we had such a great experience! Food, service and drinks were 5 star xx

Food is pretty good and the menu has a decent selection though on the higher side. We had the Wagyu don as recommended. It was good, but we expected more due to the rave reviews and the price. The prawn ramen was a nice surprise, broth very robust and flavourful. Our favourite was the chicken karaage it was excellent. Happy Hour is til 7pm. Service was ok, seemed to only have one guy taking the orders. A small gripe was that upon making the reservation, they assured us that we could use Burpple Beyond but when we got there they had forgotten the date and realised it was a PH eve and therefore we couldn’t. Was disappointed because we wouldn’t have come here otherwise and would’ve done a different day when we could use our deals. Otherwise, it was overall pretty good.
